Kokichi Oma was skipping down the hall, a happy grin across his face as he traveled Hope's Peak University's corridors as he pondered who to mess with today.
"Nee Hee Hee~. What to do today?" He talked to himself as he pondered. He could go mess with K1-B0 to get another accusation of being 'robophobic', or he could go and cause something with a lie to the gullible muscle-heads Tenko or Gonta. And that was just a few from his own class! As he plotted down the hallway, however, he stopped as he noticed something unusual: A thick pad of paper lying on the floor in the middle of the hallway.
"Oh my. what do we have here?" The Ultimate Supreme Leader wondered aloud to himself as he scooped up the paper and started looking it over. It seemed to be a pack of notices to let people know if they'd been promoted or demoted, the kind you'd leave around so you didn't have to meet them directly. Definitely something you didn't see much these days with email being able to do that, like, more than a decade ago. "Well, this is out of the ordinary. I should definitely find who dropped this and return it at once!" He said with a serious tone to the empty corridor, his face going into a broad grin as he lied as easily as he breathed even when alone. Grinning, he pulled a pen out of his pocket and began writing on the top sheet.

Reason: Their utter shamelessness and need to publicly debase themselves whenever possible have led them to earning this title.
"Nyehehe~!" He chuckled to himself at the creation of this fake demotion... but who to use it on? Miu Iruma was pretty degenerate already, and he'd heard that the Ultimate nurse from another class was sim was a good target as well, put it would be pretty funny if he gave it to someone who was a lot more gullible or serious as well. Pondering who to address the slip to, someone came around the corner at the end of the hall and gave him the perfect target... or at least a quick one.
