Kingdom of Phebis

A tiny kingdom that borders Itheria to the east. They have had strong ties with Itheria for years due to the lucrative trade that travels through the borders of the two nations. In exchange for the powerful trade union, Itheria has sworn to protect Phebis from outside threats. However a number of people within Itheria believe that the agreement is very one-sided in favor of Phebis.

There is a nearly ever-present **** of Itherian troops stationed in Phebis to protect it from sudden attacks. These troops has caused much ire among some of the Phebisian nobility who believe that the alliance between Itheria and Phebis is more along the lines of a military occupation by Itheria.

The only notable location described thus far is their capital...Also called Phebis and Mt. Sargasso an active volcano in the northeast part of the nation that lies within a line of mountains along their southern and eastern border.
