Kind, but strong

You've had enough of the toxic bullshit. {if Kind Coach = true} the moments coach was kind to you were the were how he should always be {endif}.

The boys start to file in and you hold your arm out for high fives. The players are confused at this, but happily high five in response. Once they have all geared up, you announce a team meeting. They all gather and you begin talking. {if Slut Jason = true}You see Jason sitting on top of one of the bigger guys laps, Ryan the guy you had possessed, Jason has a visible boner. {endif}

"I would first like to say, that this team has been dysfunctional for far too long." some of the guys looked confused. "We may have been playing alright on the field, but off the field, we haven't been kind to ourselves, one another, or others in general. I will be the first to admit, that I am partially to blame for this toxicity. I have driven you to win, 'the ends justify the means' for far too long." All the guys grumble in confusion.

"But coach, you pushing us has caused us to win." {if Slut Jason = True} Ryan said {else} Jason said {endif}

"It has also caused us to lose much more. We lose sight of what's important in our bloodlust to win. We turn on one another, in order to strive for the top. We attack others, looking for the weakest link and cannibalize our team."

"What are you talking about coach, we are a team." {if Slut Jason = True} Ryan said {else} Jason said {endif}

"Are we? You verbally and physically **** one another all the time. Normally, I've taken a blind eye, but I realize now that isn't helping anyone. I want to build a community here where everyone feels accepted and safe. If any of you have a problem with that, you can walk off the team right now."

"Coach, but" {if Slut Jason = True} Ryan said {else} Jason said {endif}

"What? How can you expect to trust your team to support you on the field if they don't support you off the field."

The crowd of college guys is silent, but none of them leave. You smile.

"Well, I guess there is hope yet. Now on the field all of y 'all. We've got a lot of work to do."

You get on the field and actually practice is much more enjoyable than normal, you quite like being coach. Other than a couple arguments on the field, the team was noticeably more civil to one another. Who knew you would enjoyed watching and directing from the sidelines much more than being on the field.

{if Slut Jason = True} You did get a little amusement when Jason moaned when he hiked the ball, squatting and popping the ball behind him{endif}

At the end of practice, the whole team seemed happier than they had ever been before. You go back to your office and put the coach's ungloved hand on your shoulder. You instantly feel the transfer happen and *click* The coach looks confused and then sits behind his desk.

"Hey there sport...I'm not sure why I kept you in here so long by your..." Shit, forgot about that

"Oh you told me it was because you didn't need me practicing because you had something extremely important to talk to me about."

"Oh yeah..." He looked as if he were remembering a memory that was never happening.
