Kim, IT Worker, John's Office Crush

Kim worked the floor above John. She was a nerdy IT girl whose desk was covered in anime figurines and gaming memorabilia. She loved dressing down for work in her graphic t-shirt and jeans, she didn't do much with her long hair as she didn't have time to spend on styling it.

It was lunch time and she was surprised she'd not seen Shy Guy yet. Shy Guy was her affectionate name for this guy in engineering who kept having trouble connecting his laptop to the office printers. He'd come every week or so to get her help, and her help specifically. At first she'd thought him a bit creepy, but she had good authority with a friend in engineering that he had a crush and was too bashful to say anything. Typically, she'd see him looking at her desk as he went to the cafeteria. But today he wasn't there.

She fixed her glasses and took a look at the time, she'd been messaging friends on discord about the chronicle of Shy Guy. They were placing bets on when he'd get the nerve to talk to her other than to ask about work. So far the pool which started at a few weeks had gone to a few months. They'd had to restart the pool twice and one of the gamblers was banned from saying never since she'd won the pool twice by waiting out the time. Kim gave up and walked to the bathroom, he was a no show. She'd finished washing her hands and pushed her way back into the hallway-

Kim stubbled as she walked into an immaculate foyer with a sexy woman in a evening gown guesturing at her. And next to her was-

"Shy Guy?" Kim asked confused.

"Kim Yamada!" The woman announced to a futuristic looking camera, "John's office crush. Please stand here while we wait for the other contestants to arrive. I don't want to have to explain multiple times."

"What the-"

"Contestant number two!" Naomi continued.
