What happens next?

Kennedy survives

"Look out, Kennedy!" cried Amy.

Kennedy turned in time to see Darla aiming a gun at her head. Instinctively she moved backwards while at the same time Drusilla moved forward -- thus ensuring that the bullet that Darla fired ended up hitting Drusilla and not Kennedy.

At this point, Drusilla turned toward Darla and asked, "Really, Grandmother?"

Darla replied, "Look out, Dru!"

But by the time Drusilla realized what Darla was trying to tell her, Kennedy was already plunging a stake into her chest. Shortly afterwards, she collapsed into dust.

In her anger, Darla immediately fired yet another bullet in Kennedy's direction, only to miss. Then she felt someone -- undoubtedly Buffy --plunge a stake into her own chest and then Darla ceased to feel emotions of any kind...

"Well, thank the goddess we won that fight," said Amy. "For a while there, I was worried..."

"Hey, there's no way we could have lost that fight," said Kennedy. "We were just too smart for them."

"If you say so, Kennedy,"said Buffy. "So what do we do now?"
