Kelly sucks up to the principal, and Alice gets punished for the rest of the school year

Eventually, detention ended and the principal returned.

"Sorry about that, I had an important meeting, and ... hang on, why is Kelly naked, too?"

"Principal..." Kelly's eyes began to water, "Alice took my clothes off and threw them out the window. I wasn't even doing anything to her, she just stripped me naked like that..." as she descended into full-blown alligator tears.

"Alice, is this true?" the principal asked her.

"It's only because she did the same thing to me! She took all my clothes after swimming class, and that's why we were fighting when you saw us, and she's been doing this to me for years..." Alice rushed to explain, but to no avail as the principal stopped her.

"Alice, even if that is true - which I highly doubt, given your history - that is no excuse for your behavior. You know good and well that you do not take punishment into your own hands when you're at school."

"I know, I'm sorry..." Alice pouted and looked down at the floor.

"I'm afraid 'sorry' will not do this time. You only have the next month until your graduation, but given your history and this outrageous stunt I must order you to serve detention every school day until graduation." Alice's heart sank, but was still unprepared for the next bombshell the principal would drop. "You are also hereby banned from wearing clothes of any kind for the rest of the school year, either on school grounds or at school functions. The only exception is during graduation where you'll be allowed a cap, gown, and shoes - and you best believe that we'll check under the gown. I don't think this is too much trouble given your history of not wearing anything here anyway, but wait here while I write it up officially. Kelly, you're free to go."

"B-but," Alice protested, "those were all accidents, I swear!" She knew, however, as it was no use as the principal left for his office, while Kelly thumbed her nose at her and walked out of the room. Dumbfounded, she waited for a grand total of ten minutes before the principal returned and handed her a piece of paper to give to her parents detailing the new policy. Walking home, she was dumbfounded as to how to explain this to her parents.
