Keiko defeated Sumin at T2

Back in the priestess room, you reflected on what you'd seen... and... you'd seen a lot. Keiko's struggle against hypnotism had been pretty rough. It had taken both of you to get out of it and the whole ordeal had left you sweating and haggard. You could only imagine she felt the same way.

Keiko entered soon after you, still wearing only her chest-wrap and fundoshi and covered in sweat. She noted you sitting there with mild annoyance and put on a grumpy frown. "You must have known I'd come in undressed..." she protested your presence, crossing both arms across her chest.

Kind of late in the Kami Kurabe to worry about something like that, wasn't it? You just told her you were worried, since Sopor had seemed so pissed off earlier. You wouldn't be surprised if that angry goddess jumped her here...

She smiled and raised an eyebrow, looking bemused. "And if she was? You'd protect me?" she scoffed. "I don't think you're the best when it comes to resisting hypnosis, Katappashikara-dono."

Well... she had a point there. Okay, you admitted to yourself privately, you'd really just wanted to get a look at that little fundoshi underwear one more time before she dressed back into her more modest clothing. Of course, you weren't going to tell her that.

"Going forward, I'd like us both to begin a mental training regiment. We must not be caught off guard by something like this. If we remain grounded in reality, we won't lose our compass. Focus on something that's meaningful to you. For me, it is my grudge against each god and goddess. For you, it might be something you hold dear..." she explained, closing her eyes thoughtfully and lowering her head in meditation.

As you watched her pretty, half-naked body, covering your mouth to quiet your breathing, you could think of something you didn't want to lose... Maybe holding this mental image in your head would help you going forward. The two of you practiced meditating until the evening... at times, powerful mental image or not, you may have fallen asleep...
