Keeps going into city, a jacket isn’t the end of the world

As she runs into the nearby town that lived between her home and school that were all next to a beach. Mia notices an awfully large amount of workers in the streets. As Mia walked on the sidewalk, she had to keep pulling her shorts up due to her anxiousness in class making them loose. She had plenty of time and was quite enjoying her walk. She felt a bit of a tug at her feet but ignored it. She took another step and felt another tug. She took a third step this time felt cold. She looked down and behind her. She walked through some wet cement and her sandals trapped. She yanked at them as hard as she could. She decided to leave them next to the building in construction. She kept walking, which now was cold and uncomfortable.
