Katie Fox is a woman that everybody in Eros Bay has known for ages. In her younger adult days, she was an actress, having a few roles in Hollywood movies before her career turned to porn. She grew up in Eros Bay, but moved away for that career, before eventually moving back about a decade after she'd left, and she used her money to open up a club. The Fox Strip Club & Brothel would go on to become one of Eros Bay's most successful businesses, a place that was always filled with customers, and almost always had the strippers in the back rooms getting intimate with paying customers (thanks to Eros Bay's legalized prostitution). When Mia Madison moved to Eros Bay and opened up Madison Studios to shoot porn productions in the city, Katie also restarted her porn career there.

But Katie was never one to be satisfied doing the same thing forever, so she decided to run for mayor, and won the election easily. She left the club in the hands of Casey Smith as she took over the mayor's office, but wasn't too sure if she'd want to run again for mayor in the next election. When Casey one day mentioned being interested in the position, Katie knew who she would endorse for the next election.
