An intern gives her something to loosen up

Running the city was hard work. Katie had run a strip club for a number of years, but that was certainly quite a bit less stressful.

Plus, she had easy options to unwind there. In the mayor's office, though, no such luck. Just meeting after meeting with little time for fun.

So Katie changed over the course of being the mayor. Less sexually minded, more business oriented. She wasn't exactly the fun strip club owner people used to know. And that just caused more stress, as people's approval started to drop as they noticed the change in attitude.

"Thanks," Katie mumbled, as the new intern, William, handed her coffee to her. As she took a sip, she furrowed her brow, "Did you put something in this? It tastes...off."

"We were out of your usual cream, had to substitute it with one of the other ones," he said, meekly.

Katie rolled her eyes, "One of the things you need to keep track of is making sure everything needed for my coffee is in stock. Consider this your first warning. I can do without you for a few hours, so get my assistant to give you some money to go buy my regular cream. Going to want it for my next coffee. Out."

He slid out of her office as she took another sip of the coffee. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly tasted different from what she was used to.

Little did she know, that was because he'd slipped something _extra _into it. Something intended to bring back that fun Katie everybody loved.
