"Game, set and match, Great Britain!"

Katie Boulter and Heather Watson embraced in celebration as the return went into the net. They had only played four doubles matches together before, but had just reached an Olympic quarter final!

The girls shared a confused look as their opponents refused to shake their hands at the net. Sure, there had been some controversial moments during the match, but Heather thought it was played on the whole in good spirits. It was customary to shake hands with the opposition after a match, but the Americans had already stormed off court.

Choosing not to concern herself with their sour grapes, Katie took in the applause from the crowd, signing autographs and taking selfies. It took them so long to go through all the post-match media commitments that by the time Katie and Heather returned to the locker room, they were the only ones there.

The Brits began to peel off their sweaty clothes, already making plans as to how they would celebrate as they headed into the showers.

While neither of them said anything verbally, they were both secretly relieved that the rest of the players had already left. Even though they competed against the same people every week, that didn't make it any more comfortable showering with them; especially as no other country seemed to have the same hang ups about nudity.

The blonde and the brunette were good friends, but still their best to politely avert their eyes from the other.

Thank goodness they each had their own private bathroom back at the Village...

The Americans pushed open the locker room door and smirked at each other.

Katie and Heather could be heard loudly talking from the showers, and combines with the noise of running water, the would be completely unaware as to what was happening just metres away from them.

The Brits hadn't taken much care when discarding their clothes, so it took more time than they would have liked for the Americans to scoop up every garment. Working in tandem, they were quickly able to empty every locker, cupboard and shelf of anything that could be used as substitute clothing.

While it would have been hilarious to leave them with absolutely nothing, the girls suspected that their rivals would be too chicken to venture out of the locker room in their birthday suits, and what use is a good prank if loads of people don't get to see it?

Placing the alternate clothing option on the bench, the Americans made a hasty exit.

Shutting off the flow of water, Katie squeezed excess moisture from her blonde hair and padded over to where she had left her towel.

"Err...Heather?!" she called out in a shaky voice. "Something's happened!"

"What is it?" Heather sighed, finishing up and joining her friend. It didn't take her long to see just exactly what.

The locker room was empty.

Not only was all of their kit missing, but so to was every towel, robe or abandoned sock.

Heather squeezed her eyes shut, praying that she was just imagining things, but upon opening them, her fears were confirmed.

"W-what do we d-do?" Katie asked, hugging herself and shivering, the warmth from the shower having quickly been replaced by the chill of the empty room. Who would be so evil to do this?!

Looking again, Heather realised there was something they could use. How had she missed that?

She unfolded it and held it open for them to inspect.

It was a Team GB-branded flag.

"This might cover both of us?" Heather suggested, blushing.

"No! No way!" Katie shook her head, looking horrified at the suggestion.

"Well, it's either wear this, or go naked, because I'm not staying here!"

Relenting, Katie shuffled over to her friend, and allowed Heather to wrap the flag around them. Katie was **** to press her wet, naked body against Heather's so that the flag could be tied, and the blonde girl cringed whenever her toes brushed Heather's bare foot.

Heather blushed as she caught their reflection in a mirror. Two girls, soaking wet and shivering violently, red-faced, bare-footed, and wearing only a small flag. Her bare toes curled; this was going to be so embarrassing.

Padding across the room, the girls took a collective deep breath, and pushed open the locker room door.
