These women wear trench coats and surgical masks, and it looks like most or all of them are naked under the coats. They target men who have committed sexual assaults and punish them by doing the same to them. It's difficult to get a read on how many they've hit due to the victims being **** to come forward for obvious reasons. They seem like a tight-knit crew with a good leader, and I don't blame them for being angry, but nothing can justify this behavior.

The leader is a tall, European blonde. She's beautiful and smart. Dangerous. They use a petite brunette as bait. Both have been identified.

I first tangled with them on the subway, put a tracker on the bait girl, and handed the case to GCPD. Updates pending.

Barbara's note: GCPD picked up the Bait Girl, aka Julieta Posier. She's going to Blackgate. No leads on the rest of the gang. GCPD should've been able to get more from what I gave them; they dropped the ball. They did ID the leader: Lotte de Jong, a Dutch medical student. She must be lying low.

Kate picked up Lotte de Jong selling Seed at the Iceberg Lounge. Lotte gave up nothing in interrogation, then was cut loose after we released her. We got nothing from her. She has convictions.
