“If you were less cute I say sleazy.” I act hurt, but she knows it’s an act. “I’m going to just tell him I was too drunk to remember, and that will have to be good enough.”

She leaves, then couple hours later I hear them talking through the walls again. I can’t tell if it is going well or not. It doesn’t sound like things are resolving in make-up sex at any rate.

I’ll leave it to them to figure things out.
