No, you worry whether getting Charli's memories and personality would overwrite your current set of Dawn's. You don't want that!

No you want her body, her life but not be the mousy, shy and lack of confidence. Just enough to play the part. So having your current personality as your main would be better. After all look how quickly your looser self caved in. But then merging permanently is such a.... lasting thing.
