What is the name of your alternate park?
Jurassic Park (Monster Girl Version)
__
(Now, you might be wondering what I, the author of SSPT and various other stories, am doing here. Surely, I can't be starting yet another story to clog up my backlog even further?
Well, don't worry, I'm not. This isn't going to be a complete story, just a place where I upload ideas for this sexy version of Jurassic Park that me and my friends have been designing in our spare time for fun (everything up to the Pachycephalosaurus attractions was written in only 4 days). This isn't going to be very-well proofread or planned, and this probably isn't going to go up on AO3, but I figured some of you might still enjoy it if I posted what we've come up with. So enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments if you liked it)
(Also, if you notice any details about Jurassic Park lore that aren't book/movie accurate (like Isla Sorna having Site A and not Site B), just know that those changes are intentional, not mistakes)
__
In the year 1993, cloning and DNA technology had improved by leaps and bounds over the past few years. Gene editing and GMOs become commonplace, and the first human being is successfully cloned. With this new technology comes all sorts of strange new experiments, and society quickly cracks down on them out of fear of ecological and ethical catastrophe. But those laws didn’t apply to every nation and, in Costa Rica, scientists saw an opportunity.
For eons, the monsters of yesteryear lay dead in the ground, with only their bones to remind the modern world that they even existed. But with new cloning technology, they could be given a second chance, a new lease on life through science. And they could both be studied by scientists and enjoyed by the general public at the same time if they showcased them in a theme park.
However, investors were not at all interested. The idea wasn’t “exciting” or “sexy” enough for them, and they would need a hell of a lot of cash to afford their own private island. So, they… amended their plans somewhat. Instead of just bringing the dinosaurs back, they’d be brought back… better.
Hence the creation of the first human-dinosaur hybrids, the Dino Gals. Once this change was made, there was no shortage of investors and cash, and soon they had acquired a sizable island in the Pacific ocean known as Isla Sorna, and there they began their work at a large scientific facility known only as Site A. Security was minimal, though, as they were far from anyone that might want to interfere, and the creatures they were working with were mostly human. Surely, they thought, they couldn’t be as dangerous as actual dinosaurs.
They were wrong.
In July of 2011, eighteen years after the start of the program and a mere year before the scheduled opening of the park on Isla Sorna, things went horribly wrong. Chaos broke out as dinosaurs across the island broke out of their enclosures and began going on rampages, with tranquilizer darts seemingly having no effect. No one is sure entirely what happened to cause this, though.
Some say that they were tired of being cooped up for so long. Others say that a rival company put something in their food. Others say that a storm caused an electrical outage, and they just all took their chances while the security was down.
But others still say that this was just the result of cloning the dinosaur girls as all-female, without any way to let out their pent-up hormones, simply brought them to the breaking point.
Either way, though, what employees and scientists could evacuated the island and left it to its fate, and for 20 years it has been abandoned to the rule of dinosaurs.
Until, that was, someone decided to try and revive the old dream… of Jurassic Park.
Who tried to bring back Jurassic Park?
