Journey to Venberk conclusion (attack)

Slaying a monster after so long did wonders for Syd's mood however he could do without the looks the people of the caravan were giving him now, not that he was surprised, the way he eliminated the bandit leader had certainly left an impression and the fact the ork seemed to surrender before he attacked certainly didn't help either... On the bright side most were now too afraid to even think of confronting him.

Thanks to that people left him alone for the remaining journey to Venberk save for the spice merchant he saved who repeatedly visited him to express his gratitude. And Chermi who was looking to use to further elvish ambitions in the region, Syd wasn't exactly thrilled about getting involved with elf/human politics but humoured the spy's effort hoping he could make use of the situation in some way.

However the elf was crafty and rather careful so in the end, the caravan arrived at Venberk before Syd could create an opportunity to meet with the spy's comrades, a pity but he supposed he could contact Chermi again once he had dealt with Citrinas.

Speaking of, he should probably get onto investigating her and figuring out how to best proceed with her moving forward...
