Chapter 4

Who does Josh want to hook up with?
Josh chooses the opposite to his ex
Josh scratched his head. “Who? I don’t know if I could name someone… I haven’t really gotten to know anybody at school enough to be interested I guess,” he admitted.
“Well, it doesn’t have to be a specific person,” Mel explained. “You could give me the general traits of a person you would be interested in and I’ll run that through my data to find someone for you! Just tell me some of your preferences and I’ll find a match.”
“OK… so… like blonde hair, blue eyes, big tits? That sort of thing?” Josh asked.
“More like personality traits, but your preferences are noted,” Mel said, tapping into her phone. “Are you interested in an outgoing person? Intelligent? Funny?”
“Oh. I see, yeah! I’ll take all those things!” Josh agreed.
Melanie sighed. “I’m afraid we’re currently out of “All those things” type of people at the moment,” she informed him.
“Oh? What do you have in stock?” Josh asked sarcastically as he tried to peer into Melanie’s phone.
Mel pulled her phone up to her chest and suggested, “How about we prioritize one trait over the others?”
“OK…” Josh said. He thought for a minute. “Well, I’m looking to get over my ex, so maybe I should steer clear of traits that would remind me of her… maybe I should go for someone that’s the complete opposite of her.”
Melanie perked an eyebrow. “Opposite, you say? Alright, tell me more about your ex.”
Josh sat down next to Melanie. “Where do I start?” he asked, wistfully. He stretched out his feet and laid back in his chair, folding his hands together over his belly. “She’s an honor student, going to Yale now. She’s always been a hard worker, goal oriented. She’ll probably end up being a CEO or something, really smart.”
“And is that what attracted you to her?” Mel asked.
“Huh?” Josh perked up, raising his eyebrow at the thought. “No, not really. I guess we’ve always just been there for each other. We’ve been friends since we were kids and things sort of naturally grew from there.”
Melanie nodded sagely. “And why did you break up?”
Josh sat up and looked at Melanie, tilting his head. “Is this a therapy session?”
“I’m just gathering info,” Melanie replied, still typing things out on her phone.
“Well, she went to a different school and you know how long distance relationships hardly work out, right?” Josh said with a shrug. “So we agreed to split up and focus on our studies.”
“You both agreed or she convinced you?” Mel asked.
Josh turned to her and asked back, “Does it matter? End of the day we’re still split. So, can you find me someone to help me get over it?”
“One more question; what is the one thing that irritated you the most about your ex?” Melanie asked.
Josh gave it some thought. “Well,” he said, rubbing his chin and staring at the ceiling, “I did always have to drag her out to do stuff. She’s such a homebody and hyper focused on study that she’d never take time to relax and have fun.”
Mel nodded. “OK, that’s enough for me. I’ll be in touch.”
Josh sat up and tilted his head, “That’s… it? You don’t need to know anything else?”
“I told you, this isn’t a therapy session, I’m just gathering data,” Mel replied. “You can go now. I’ll have someone contact you sometime soon.”
“Oh. OK. Thanks then…” Josh replied, a little dumbfounded. Melanie got up and left, leaving him with no reason to stick around. He wandered back to his dorm, pondering over his meeting. He wondered if he upset the matchmaker with his answers. She did say that she would have someone contact him, so he could only presume she was still going to hook him up with someone. He wondered who he was going to be set up with. He wouldn’t have to wait long though.
The next morning, Josh woke up, still thinking about the meeting with the hookup artist and where that would lead. He groggily opened his eyes and turned his head to gaze into the face of a pretty young blonde in his bed. She stared back at him with her baby blue eyes. Josh turned slightly to see that she was laying naked, next to him, gently caressing his morning wood through his bedsheet.
“Good morning, sleepyhead!” she murmured to him.
It took the sleepyhead a minute to realize that this wasn’t a dream. Josh sat up with a startle. “Wuh?! Who are you?’ he asked the stranger.
“Hi! I’m Jessica!” she replied with a friendly smile. “You’re Josh, right? I assumed it was you, so I hopped in! Oh! Right! Melanie sent me!”
“Wha… but… how did you even get in here?” Josh asked, perplexed. Jessica pointed at the open window. Josh’s pupils contracted. “But… we’re on the third floor!”
“I didn’t say it was easy,” Jessica shrugged.
“Where are your clothes?!” Josh asked.Jessica gestured to the side of the bed where there was a pile of discarded clothing on the floor.
“So, how about we do this?” the blonde asked as she sat up and shuffled over to Josh, causing her boobs to jiggle buoyantly as she approached. She swung her leg over his waist to straddle him. Her body was soft and warm pressed up against his. It set alarm bells in the back of his mind.
“Wait, what? Here? Now?!” Josh asked, suddenly wide awake enough to start to process things.
“Yeah! We can be quick… I think your roommate’s in the shower right now,” Jessica replied, giving her hips a wiggle over his boner. He bit his lower lip and let out a weak groan. She pushed the young man onto his back and stood over him on her knees.
“What? No! We don’t even know each other!” Josh protested, thinking about Paula.
“What’s to know? You’re horny, I’m horny, let’s hookup!” Jessica replied.
“What was all that time Mel spent pumping me for into for, if she was just going to hire some hooker to get me off?” Josh complained.
“Hey!” Jessica said, taking offense. “I am no hooker! For your information, I’m not even getting paid for this!” She then sat back and thought about it. “Buut… Mel did say that you probably wouldn’t go for the direct approach. OK, we’ll play it your way, what do you want to do?”
Jessica sat on her knees and stared at Josh, expectantly. Josh stared back at the attractive young woman. She was a sexy blonde haired, blue eyed vixen that could have come out of his wet dreams and she was offering to get him off. Josh was mentally bashing himself over the head for denying her. Maybe this really was just what he needed. He could bang her and move on with his life. On the other hand, that didn’t feel like the solution to his underlying problem. His mind kept going back to what Paula would think. He knew she would rationally conclude that they were officially split up, so he was free to do what he wanted. But, if he were to hookup with another girl, that would mean his relationship with Paula was truly over. Was he really ready to end it?
What does Josh do?
