Mara thought of using her newfound powers to try and possess someone. John was an easy choice. While he is a good friend, she has a bit of a crush on him. Easygoing and a little careless, the type who rarely thought too deeply about things. He has a tall, lanky build, with slightly messy dark hair. Plus, she is also curious what it feels to be a guy. “John… yeah, he’ll be perfect,” she whispered to herself with a small smile.

Mara closed her eyes and let her soul slip free. Traversing the neighborhood as a spirit feels different from walking using her physical body, but at the same time, there is still familiarity, which helped her reach his home without much trouble. She found him in his kitchen, standing in front of the fridge, probably thinking what to grab. Mara moved closer and reached. There was slight resistance, but John's body welcomed the foreign soul as she slipped inside perfectly.

Upon regaining consciousness, everything feels unusual. His body is definitely heavier and broader. His body's smell and even the taste of his mouth tell her that there is slight neglect. Mara moved slightly, testing the body that she is now occupying. “Whoa… this is so weird,” she murmured in John’s deeper voice, the sound surprising her. “It’s really him… I’m inside him.” She flexed his fingers slowly. “Being someone else is so much different than I thought… not just how the body moves but also my senses are way off,” she added softly, wrinkling his nose at the faint taste in his mouth. There is something addictive about experiencing the uniqueness of someone else’s body and controlling it as if it were her own. “This feels… really good,” she whispered, a quiet thrill in his voice.
