John is woken up

A lout wake-up alarm woke John up. He groaned and tried to turn off the alarm. He couldn’t seem to find it and sat up, opening his eyes and remembering where he was.

“Wakey wakey! Rise and shine everyone!”

John rubbed his eyes as the game master got on the speakers again.

“Round 2 will start in 1 hour! Just be ready and stand at the door! Don’t be late, we’ll add some penalty games if you hold us up too long. That’s all from me for now!”

John spent the next hour getting ready. He ate a quick breakfast, went to the bathroom, and took another look at his room just to see if there was anything hidden he had missed. Time passed quickly and he found himself standing in front of the door waiting for round 2 to start.

Suddenly the doors opened, letting John step out to see a familiar face.
