Job Description of Personal Assistant:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the supervisor and clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries professionally and appropriately.
  • Manage the diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and take dictation and minutes during meetings.
  • Coordinate all travel plans with the boss, and travel together as a team for both official and recreational purposes.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
  • Ensure there is a sufficient stock of both professional and personal supplies at all times.
  • Devise and maintain an efficient office filing system for easy retrieval of important documents.
  • look after the personal needs of the supervisor and provide assistance to alleviate them by any means necessary.
  • Must always wear the appropriate attire depending on the circumstances as per her supervisor’s instruction.
