Jo Wilson (Grey's Anatomy)

Jo Wilson, formerly Brooke Stadler and Jo Karev, is an obstetrics and gynecology resident at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. She was previously an attending general surgeon before switching specialties. Following her estranged husband's death, she married Alex Karev until he left her for his ex-wife, Izzie. She is now the mother of Luna Ashton.
