Jess

Jess jumps into your arms, giving you the tightest hug anyone has probably ever received. Standing at just 5 feet 2 inches tall, her head rests firmly at chest height, so looking down, all you see is a mess of wavy brown hair falling all the way to her lower back.

Stepping back, you're met with a sullen, pouty look. "What took you so long? I've been waiting for ages! We're going to miss the parade," she says, her voice carrying a great deal of weight for someone of her stature.

"I'm sorry, I slept in. What's all this fuss about anyway? It's barely 10 o'clock."

"Well, 10 o'clock is too late! The parade started at 9. COME ON, let me show you what I got from Ragnor."

Taking you by the hand, she leads you further into the dim shop. Rows of tools and half-finished gear line the tables and shelves. A red glow emanating from deeper inside is the only source of light, the reddish-orange glint reflecting in Jess's brown eyes.

Standing at almost 2 metres tall with a frame that would make a small house jealous, Ragnor is not someone you want to be on the wrong side of. Luckily for you, Ragnor has a soft spot for certain little miscreants—namely, you and Jess. Hours were once spent in this old, dingy smithing house watching Ragnor work.

His eyes light up as he sees you round the corner. "AAH, John! WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?" his booming voice fills the room, making you wince slightly.

"I slept in, it happens. Now, show me what you've made for our wonderful Jess."

Ragnor let's out a knowing smile and small chuckle, that still somehow vibrates the floorboards beneath your feet. turning around he lifts a small leather sack onto the table. Unwrapping it with a surprising gentleness for someone of his stature he brandishes a set of beautifully crafted adventuring gear. Now it was just the basics but it was everything that you would want for leaving dragonia and going out to fight evil in the land. I paused slightly adventuring gear for Jess would mean that she plans on leaving

"John i want to go out into the world and explore it, and i want you to come with me, we can explore it together. Just the two of us. What do you say?."
