Which defender will meet one or both of these challengers?
Jervale, who wants the Gundam Fighters to protect his tower. (Anything goes)
Just as both Future Century women were beginning to wonder if they were trapped, each saw a light at the end of the tunnel. Running towards it, they exited their corridors to find themselves rejoined in a single room. In fact, this was the deepest floor of the tower, right next to the keeper of the tower and the crystal he guarded.
Jervale wasn't dumb enough to let invaders get close to him and the crystal when he didn't want them to. Having observed their earlier bout, the butler guided them here. In order to make himself fit in a bit better with what these women might be expecting, he'd conjured up a lab coat and glasses for himself to wear, as well as a clinical white box of a room to surround the cavernous walls that would normally surround his domain.
Allenby skid to a sudden stop. Rain on the other hand, paused for a moment with her hands on her knees, gasping for just a moment as she caught her breath. The two were happy to see each other, but their celebrated reunion would have to wait: obviously, both of them realized they needed to take stock of the situation. Allenby, being in better shape between the two of them, was first to speak. "What's going on here? Are you a Neo Sweden official? Answer me before I knock your block off!"
"Ah!" Jervale performed surprise, then his best attempt at a smile. It was... still pretty shady. He didn't have a lot of experience with "friendly smile" as a gesture. "Neo Sweden's Allenby Beardsley, and Neo Japan's Rain Mikamura! Oh, thank the lucky stars." ... Try as he might, he could just not make this sound genuine. "My name is Doctor... um... Jer... vale..."
"Well, Doctor Umjervale, how the heck did we get here?" Allenby put her fists on her hips, which probably wasn't the best battle-ready stance, but better conveyed her impatience. "I know for a fact this is no part of Neo Sweden! Are you going to tell me we were teleported here?"
Jervale had no idea if teleportation was a normal technology in the sci-fi universe the two beauties came from. He slowly started to nod his head, then, seeing Allenby frustration and Rain's confusion peak from the expression on their faces, quickly shifted to shaking his head. "No, of course not. I simply... er... you were simply momentarily sedated while you were transferred here to my island on Earth by the government of Neo... mm... Indonesia? Yes..."
Now it was Allenby who looked confused, while Rain looked frustrated. "Neo Indonesia...? Does that colony even have a Gundam?"
Jervale shook his head. "Sharp! It doesn't have a Gundam, which is why we need Gundam Fighters to help defend us. You two were the only ones we could count on under such short notice. The... That Federation, you know, it decided to enlist your help."
"'Enlist our help?!'" Allenby didn't have any problem marching to the stranger and pointing a finger beneath his chin, leaning in to shout directly in his face. "So what, you **** us and dragged us here?! Rain isn't even a Gundam Fighter, for crying out loud! If your explanation doesn't start making more sense in about five seconds, I'm gonna-"
"All right, calm down," Jervale grumbled, looking much more like his ordinary, frustrated self than the grateful scientist he'd been trying to play. "You'll want to shut up and help me when you see this: the **** Army. You're familiar with these guys, yes? Big, ugly brown, a single eye, zombie soldiers of that, um... Was it the Dark Gundam or the Devil Gundam...?"
""The Devil Gundam!"" both Allenby and Rain reacted with immediate shock. Rain, in particular, looked so horrified she was about to collapse, standing unsteadily on her shaking bare legs. "Doctor... If the Devil Gundam's revived, you don't need the two of us. You need to alert the Federation, have them send the Shuffle Alliance or at least Domon himself! I'm not sure there's anyone else who can defeat it...!"
"No, no, these are the weak ones, the **** Army, and there's only..." Jervale paused, as though he was trying to consider something... "How many of them would be a threat to a Gundam fighter?"
"It'd take about ten of those creeps to make me sweat, assuming I'm in the Super Nobel," Allenby declared. "You've gotta watch out for them, though, because if they get close, the DG cells-"
"There are about eight, then."
"If there are about eight, you really ought to call for backup-"
"My mistake. There are about four. Enough to endanger my island, but not too many for you two to take on if you team up. Maybe they're an advance scout **** or something? Just help me out here, would you?" As usual, Jervale was rapidly running out of patience for the game he himself set up, even moreso when trying to tie in details of this world he knew nothing about.
"With what?" Allenby quickly retorted, still standing in his face. "When you brought us here without our permission, did you also bring our Gundams? I'm a nice martial artist, but I'm not the Undefeated of the East or anything. I'm not gonna be able to take on **** Army soldiers with my bare hands."
"Ah, not to worry about that." Jervale finally smiled for real... The things that could make him really smile were typically bad news for everyone else. "I'm only expecting to see some fine Gundam Fighting with mobile fighters well-tuned for your abilities. The underground hangar is this way, if you'd be so kind as to follow me..."
What kind of mobile fighters has Jervale prepared for the ladies?
