Jake Morgan, Coworker and Close Friend

"Jake?!" You were in shock as you saw your friend sitting on the couch in Zoe's lab.

Jake Morgan worked at Hideki Labs about as long as you have, you were hired maybe a month before he came in, although you both had internships around the same time. As a coworker, he always had good ideas to work through problems that arose, and you and he often joked around when your lunch breaks aligned. You didn't have a lot of close friends at work, but Jake was a genuine one. And you couldn't believe that he was the person that Zoe, this wearable being, was using as her frame.

"I, uh... and you are?" Jake was confused. He didn't recognize the man that had entered the room, the man that you briefly forgot you had become.

Zoe strolled out from the back room, holding a stack of clothes as she walked in wearing a tank top and yoga pants combination, a far cry from her usual lab coat. She was stunning, for sure, and she paused for a moment. "Can we... help you?"

"Hey Zoe," your mouth said, beyond your control. "Thought I'd bring by my host to see if you wanted some coffee."

Zoe's expression changed, suddenly understanding who you were. She smiled a little. "Ah, that would be lovely. Jake, this is Dr. Walker."

Jake looked back and forth between you and Zoe. "Wait, that's Dr. Chloe Walker?"

"Well, not quite," your mouth said again. You couldn't stop Chloe from speaking. "I'm just in Emily's body, we did a little test. The results worked out pretty well, don't you think? I didn't expect to be changing us so significantly, but maybe it is perfect, given your situation."

Well, that was just great, your whole cover was blown! Even if it was within the confines of a room where everyone was in a similar situation, you would've liked to have some say. Chloe was probably getting a little **** for just how enamored your newly-endowed body parts indicated you were about Zoe. It seemed you and her needed to set some boundaries later.

In any case, Jake's jaw dropped. "Emily, that's you? That's... hard to believe! I mean, I never in my wildest dreams imagined you'd end up as a guy."

You quirked an eyebrow. "I'm in your wildest dreams, huh?"

Jake didn't have a chance to answer, as Zoe unfurled her body--you actually jumped back in surprise when you saw her body seemingly slice open--and she enveloped Jake instantly. In mere moments, where Jake once sat, Zoe was seen instead. Zoe shrugged, looking at you with a half-smile. "I can't help my dreams, Em."

Amazing! Here you stood, a man sculpted by Chloe, talking to your friend, encased in Zoe, formerly a guy but now a gorgeous brunette. Some pair you two ended up being.
