You panic, but when you turn around it's only Lenny grinning foolishly as he jogs towards you. "You can't leave yet, we didn't finish our deal!" he says.

"OH I think we did!" you say annoyed that he thinks your such a bimbo he could trick so easily.

"No we really didn't!" he insists urgently, you start to object but he talks over you "I still owe you some tips to help you as a trainer."

"Its fine, thanks." you say not wanting to stay any longer on the main path.

"Trust me, people pay my grandpa a lot of money to give them tips on how to catch a pokémon but I've heard his lesson so many times I can recite it word for word and provide it to you free." he says excitedly.

"NO!" "Thanks!" you say sternly.

"Aw come on, as part of the lesson I even catch a pokémon and you get to keep it!" Lenny adds hopefully.

That got your attention, you could really use a second pokémon given how easily Chance lost yesterday. "Fine, but we need to hurry and get off the main path before someone challenges me."

Lenny agrees and you follow him off the path. You still sure this is a trick until the Lenny begins to give you a very professional and accurate lesson on how to capture a pokémon. He includes a number of interesting facts about there natures, how to teach them moves, how TMs work and an number of other things you didn't know, in at the end he even stays true to his word by catching a Weedle with ease before your very eyes.

"See what did I tell you, my grandpa is amazing he has seven badges and he taught me everything I know!" Lenny brags "But before we go you really should try battling a wild pokémon, you know with me to back you up if it gets out of hand."

Lenny's offer sounds genuine even if you suspect he really just wants more time to ogle you so you agree to let him help you. He helps you find a few more Weedle and even a Caterpie, Chance is able to take them all out in a row, and you can see him make noticeable improvements already. By the end little friend is looking exhausted clearly four bugs in a row is his limit. Your still looking for one last Weedle so you can see if its stronger then the one Lenny caught for you when you hear a you hear a loud beep coming from Lenny pocket and you see a wicked grin you don't like spread over his face. "Finally its 9:00 in the morning and you know what that means?" he asks.

You groan, you have a fairly good idea what it means even before he yells it "It means It's been 24 hours, so I can challenge to another battle!"

"Please don't." you groan.

"Too late, I challenge you." he declares as he tosses out his Mankey.

"This was a dirty trick you played on me!" you say stomping your foot.

Lenny grins widely clearly pleased with himself for tricking you "Sorry bimbo, but its just too easy to trick you, so do you surrender?" he asks. You hate how happy he sounds, but you know full well Chance can't beat his Mankey and you don't want to see your little buddy hurt for no good reason. Your about to give up when you remember the Weedle in your pocket.
