It starts out funny

Maggie thought it was fun when her boyfriend yanked her dress down in the privacy of their apartment

Then it got annoying when he wouldn't stop. Then when she left the apartment, total strangers thought it was funny to yank down her top, shorts, skirts, etc. It got to where she could not go out into public without someone trying to shark her, and her boyfriend would not stop it in the apartment. Maybe that old woman's "curse" was not so funny after all.
