The gowns began their ghostly flight towards Jesebel, but she went into action. Her first thrown knife stabbed the breast of one gown and got buried in the wardrobe the dress had emerged from, trapping it in place. A second knife, thrown immediately after the first, struck a second dress and stuck it onto the wardrobe.

As Jesebel drew more knives, the dresses approached her. She had time to throw two more, managing to tear one of the four remaining dresses in half from the waist up.

The hunter then stepped back, exiting through the doorway she'd just kicked the door out of, throwing another knife just as a gown emerged. This time, the knife went through the dress and into the doorway, holding it in place.

Then, Jesebel went for her whip, sending it flying towards a nearby candelabra, picking up the silver candle holder. The candles were lit, likely with magic, and Jesebel was able to throw the item towards the two remaining gowns charging towards her. She timed it just right so that the flames made contact with both gowns, causing both to catch fire.

The fire spread quickly, and Jesebel simply focused on avoiding them for the couple minutes necessary.

With that, she'd defeated the six gowns and returned to the vampire's bedroom.
