It goes without an issue.

At the top of the ladder was Anna's window. Home. Safety. Clothes. The naked girl took a deep breath, and put her hands on the ladder, and then put one foot in the steps, and the other foot into the next step. The climb had begun.

Anna was unable to cover her naked body as she ascended. Her breasts hung free, and there was no covering her bare butt from the rest of the world. She hadn't thought of this until she was higher up than her fence. She turned her head and realized she could see into her neighbors yard. And her neighbor's head was still leaning in her direction.

She blushed, and shook her head, trying to keep focus as she climbed up the ladder.

"Almost there..." Anna whispered to herself, trying to keep herself going. A breeze rolled by, gently whipping around her skin, moistened by a little bit of sweat all over her body. At least, Anna wanted to think that was entirely sweat.

Finally, after everything Anna had went through, she had reached the top of the ladder. She carefully reached over for the edge of her window, and slowly climbed in through the window. Once she was inside, she let out a big exhale. Her legs felt like jelly, and she fell to her knees.

At long last, Anna made it home.
