It goes to voicemail

"Hi, this is the Fraser residence. We can't come to the phone right now, so please leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible."

Brenda took a deep breath as she heard the voicemail message, mentally rehearsing her message before the beep told her to start talking.

"Hi Mr. and Mrs. Fraser. It's Brenda, your babysitter. This is kind of embarrassing but I think I might have left some of my homework there last night, or in Mr. Fraser's car when he drove me home. Can you call me and let me know if I left it there? Sorry to be a nuisance. I really enjoy sitting for you and the boys."

She terminated the call and took another deep breath, wondering how quickly she'd hear from them.
