The iconic sound of five icosagons, and two decahedrons, rolling across the wood table is quickly drowned out by Sandra giving out a faint gasp as she snatches up her twenty the moment it stop. Looking over at the newest player you ponder how to respond. The attractive brunette has broken one of the fundamental rules of the game: She picked up her dice before anyone, especially the DM, could see it.

Fortunately, she immediately fesses up. “Sorry.” She sheepishly admits. “I didn't want to fail at this and the '1' I rolled startled me. I fumbled.”

“We will take care of that in a minute.” You assure the top-heavy sophomore. “How did everyone else fare?”

“19.” Saul smugly states. Which brings a groan from everyone else, save Vivian who looks on in quiet admiration.

“I would think you're playing with loaded dice, if I wasn't there when you bought them.” You nearly complain, amazed that your most skilled player also has the luckiest rolls. “You easily disappear into the evening," you give Saul his due, "without leaving a trace.”

Looking over at David, Brian and Vivian you see they too have made their ability and skill checks. “Though the three of you,” you explain, “are pursued for a harrowing good while, you eventually also allude the city watch. However, you are now broken up into four groups, and, since you made no rendezvous plans, you have no idea whether the others are located.”

Looking at Sandra she still has that adorable demure look, which is made even more irresistible by those big brown eyes.

“I'm in trouble, aren't I?” See gives you a hopeful smile that stirs your heart, as well as other members of your person. You sense, however, the eyes of all the others are on you, seeing if you are going to play it straight, or be bias to the most sexy person at the table.
