It Gets Worse

Charlotte had been in bad situations before, and was confident she could get out of this one. She could not talk her way out, but she had been trained to get out of a variety of traps and bonds. As she walked, she tried to work her wrists free, but these ropes were done in a knot she was not familiar with.

The man brought her to a tree in the middle of a clearing. There was a rope hanging from a branch and he tied her wrists to it and yanked her wrists up. He then attached a rope to the one around her neck and tied it to a metal hoop stuck in the ground. This caused her to bend over, so her torso was parallel to to the ground.

Charlotte heard some footsteps behind her, but she could not turn her head enough to see who it was. Suddenly hands started to spank her - one hand on each check. The slaps came hard and furious. This was humiliating, and she tried not to whine or make submissive pleading noises into the rubber bit, but it was not easy as the spanking continued.
