"Heh, that boosts our odds a bit!" Issei grinned, taking a step forward, holding his Gauntlet up, coming up with an idea as he spoke, pleased to see that Raynare had managed to get an upgrade. He missed Akeno's eye twitching slightly at the sight, but she hid her feelings well.

Kokabiel turned a look towards him. "Do you honestly think she can beat me? Do the math, fool. Ten wings beats four!" he chuckled.

Issei grinned a bit. "No, she can't, I admit that much," he shrugged.

"Gee, thanks for the vote of confidence," Raynare turned a slightly irritated look towards Issei, but had to concede that both he and Kokabiel were correct.

"Luckily, she doesn't have to. Don't forget... You're still outnumbered!" Issei pointed at Kokabiel.

Kokabiel scoffed. "All I'm outnumbered by is fear and dead fools," he sneered. "You all are too weak to stand a chance, even with your numbers!"

"Says you! I, and everyone else here are going to kick your ass! Then I can get back on with my own grand plan, to gain the greatest harem!" Issei replied without an ounce of shame.

Kokabiel was taken slightly aback by that, before smirking. "Humph! A harem? Is that really all you desire, Red Dragon Emperor? Then how about joining forces with me? Your powers are useful, and I could promise you all the women you desire easily!"

Issei's eye twitched. "...you know, at another time, that might have tempted me, but quite frankly, I hardly need you!" he laughed. Seriously, he had Rias as a Sex Genie, the hell did he need Kokabiel's help for? Even if the bastard wasn't an insane warmonger, the offer really wasn't worth the breath spent making it.

"... seriously? You might have been tempted at any point before becoming a member of this Peerage by him?" Koneko asked flatly, Kiba and Sona also giving him unimpressed looks.

"...in my defense, I DO have a weakness for the word "harem,"" Issei excused himself awkwardly.

"...THIS is who we have as a Longinus wielder?" Sona sighed.

Issei then turned towards Kokabiel, and took a step forward. "Let's do this! We'll kick your feathered ass right now!"

"Wait, Issei! He's too strong to approach recklessly!" Rias shouted. "We need a plan of attack!"

"I HAVE a plan! Attack!" Issei smirked. "Specifically, we take him like we did Riser! And unlike Riser, he doesn't have any allies left to bail him out if we can just get an opening!"

Sona, Rias, and everyone else in their Peerages, along with Raynare blinked, before realizing what Issei was getting at. Now, the only issue was getting an opening to utilize. "Right, any ideas?" Kiba asked, raising his blade.

Issei glanced at him. "This isn't a fair fight, Kiba. So don't fight fair," he reminded him, making Kiba blink, before nodding. So getting the opening was his job.

"If you're all done with your pointless plans!" Kokabiel bellowed, preparing another of those overkill light beams that wiped out Sona's Bishops and Rook before. "I'm going to destroy all of you!"

Outside the church, peering in through the hole Kokabiel had made earlier from a distance, there was another group. "These are the coordinates Raynare sent us," one of them told their leader. "You wanna go in now?"

The boss of the group shook his head. "No, not just yet. Let's see how far they can push Kokabiel first..."
