Invitation to Royal Box

Master Spaulding pulled a red envelope to give to Rich. "My lord," he said, "King Dimitri has asked I give you this envelope. It's an invitation to this afternoon's joust. He wishes you to meet him and his family at the box at once."

Rich took the envelope and read it himself. The contents were indeed an invitation, but they were for Lord Richard and Lady Katherine.

"Is this correct?" Rich asked.

"Darling, it's delightful," Kat said. "We should hasten to meet with the King and Queen."

Kay grabbed Rich's arm so that it was sandwiched between her breasts.

Rich smiled and nodded, "As the lady wishes."

They left the shop arm in arm. Master Spaulding waved them off as Madame Taylor appeared from behind him.

"It seems the two love birds have become quite Noble," Madame Taylor said.

"Quite," Master Spaulding said, "I wonder why the King and Queen wanted more nobles."

"I don't know. But for most King Dimitri has ordered me to make them harlots. It's been a while since I've done noble lady."

"Same with Queen Elyse. She had me make several spoony bard costumes... what ever that means."
