Invisibilty cloak "[Camoflauge]"

A simple thin brown fabric cloak, akin to one you might see when you visualize a generic rouge character, or a simple thief. It's long enough to cover a person, but not long or thick enough to be considered a full outfit fit for wear without anything underneath.

However, it has the special property of allowing the wearer to become invisible. It also suppresses sound made by the wearer (footsteps, speaking, breathing), although not the nearby environment (snapping twigs, rustling leaves, etc.). It also comes with a special eye mask that allows the wearer to percive themselves, but not the cloak, making tasks that require dexterity much easier.
