Camp Chipmunk

(All characters are 18 years and older)

The yellow aged bus trotting down the back roads of the country side. The massive green trees let the bright sun peeks into the worn bus along with gusts of wind. A few of the dusty windows open letting in a cool summer breeze.

You look out watching the country back roads swallowing the bus further. Only large trees are visible on both sides of the road that's barely wide enough for a large car. You find more interest out the window than inside with the 9 others who are fellow counselors. Besides the creepy thought that the only paths out of the camp are the road you're on now. You are John just a regular kind guy or you hope that how people see you.

Your classic nerdy best friend Peter is trying to hit on your other best friend Angels who people at school thought was the stereotypical girl next door. “Come on Angels it'll be just me and you when we get there,” Peter tries to tell her pushing his big glasses back. Angels nervously laughs and turns you looking for help.

You do your best to calm Peter down and help Angels out of this tricky situation. “Hey, Peter. Let's remember why we all agreed to working at camp this summer. I wanted a few more months with my best friends before you guys head off to college.” you explain trying to help Angels from turning down Peter too badly.

Angels tell her reason for being here. “I wanted to check a camp off the bucket list for jobs this summer. I just need to get enough money to help my mom out before I go to college.” Angels's face is all pink and eyes tearing up slightly. You know how hard she been helping her family.

You put a hand on her shoulder to comfort her as you give the group a hopeful smile. “Well let's hope this will be worth it. Otherwise we could have easily got jobs at the new water park in town or not the famous Mickey D's.” you half joke to try to keep Angels from worrying too much.

You stare at her. She a very beautiful 18 year old woman. She has long blonde almost dirty brown hair, light blue eyes, and fit body for 5'5ft. You really never try to take notice of her body. Angels been your friend for years now and feel you should stay that way always. You know camp could be a place test a relationship with her but also you need keeping your options open weren’t be too terrible.

Peter says. “At least I won't have to worry about some jerk at camp hitting on my Angel.” Peter makes a nasty look at the other guys on the bus. He thinks he is the only one who can protect Angela from the big bad world. You know he is just trying to get her attention and you hope he doesn't do anything too stupid. “I would totally beat up or kill anyone who piss you off Angels.”

You look at the other people who are on the bus. Most of them are either looking out the windows or on their phones. You see one guy looking at you and you quickly look away. You know he is one of the football players from your high school. You think his name is Tyson a black wide receiver and power forward from high school. You never really talked to him but he seems like a nice guy. You see he has a few friends with him.

His best buddy and greatest asshole from your high school Jack. The guy who always made fun of you and your friends. He was a tall muscular guy with brown hair and blue eyes. He was the quarterback of the football team and the shooting guard for the basketball team. He has eyes on his Asian girlfriend Lulu who match his asshole energy with her bitchy attitude.

Lulu is a pretty Asian girl with black hair and brown eyes. She has a nice body and you can tell she knows it. She is wearing a tight top and shorts that show off her curves. You can see she is also wearing a lot of makeup. She is talking to her friend who is a white girl named Lily.

Lily is a pretty girl with long black hair and brown eyes. Most people think she’s a ditzy person but you knew if that was true. How did she’s beat Lulu out for head cheerleader and prom queen this past year. She has a curvy busty body but not as slim as Lulu. You can see she is wearing a tight top and shorts as well.

You try not hear the conversation they are having but you can't help but listen in. “I can't believe we have to work at this crappy camp for the summer. I mean like what the hell. We could be at the beach or something. Instead we are stuck in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of losers.” Lulu says while looking at you and your friends.

Lily tries to not be mean to you and your friends. “Well at least we get to hang out with each other and it's not like we have to do anything hard. We just have to watch a bunch of kids and make sure they don't die.” she laughs at her own joke.

Jack shakes his head. “I don't know about you guys but I'm not looking forward to this. I mean like we have to share a cabin with these losers.” he points to you and your buddy Peter.

Tyson said. “Man Jack you need to chill out. We are here for the summer and we might as well make the most of it. I mean like we can do whatever we want when we are not working. We can party and have fun. Who knows maybe we can find some hot girls here.”

Lulu rolls her eyes. “Please there is no way any of these girls are hot. I mean like look at that nerd bitch up front reading her little comic book. And…”

A lady name Michelle said. “Yeah fuck those other bitches. They’re aren’t as good looking as us.” She was the school pick me. She always tried to be friends with the popular kids but they never really liked her. She was a tall girl with long red hair and cute round eyes. She had a nice body but not as good as the cheerleaders. The large pick me energy made it hard for most people to like her. She had a thing for Jack and you can tell she wants him to notice her. Her eyes big as she try to talk football and basketball with the two guys on scholarships to the local university. But you also know she’ll probably fuck any guys here besides Peter.

You take a big smell noticing the weed smell coming from the back of the bus. Shannon the local druggie stoner guy give you a cool head nod as he inhales a big hit of his joint. Shannon is a tall skinny guy with long brown hair and green eyes. He has a few tattoos on his arms and you can tell he is a stoner. You nod back and give him a smile. You know he is a nice guy but he is always high. You wonder how he is going to be able to work with kids. You can smell the weed from where you are sitting and you can see the bus driver opening his window next to him.

Then you notice Ava as your seats are closer to up front then way in the back. She reading a comic but it has horror icons fighting each other. A slasher battle royal with Jason, Michael, Freddy, and that little bastard Chucky. She seems to be enjoying it and you can see she has a few more comics in her bag. She is a short girl with short black hair and dark browneyes. You know she hiding a rocking body underneath her plain clothes. She is wearing a band shirt and jeans. She looks like she is in her own world and you can tell she doesn't care about anyone else on the bus. You wonder if she here for extra credits toward her college.

The bus pulls into a camp with a big sign that says Camp Chipmunk in big bold letters. The place is big with a few cabins and a main house. The green grass is short and looks like it was just cut. The trees are tall and you can see the sun shining through them. The place looks nice. You can see a lake in the distance and a few boat attach to a dock. The place looks like it is going to be a fun summer.
