The specifics of the "game" differ from person to person, so I'll just cover the core stuff for you just to give you an idea of how things are going.

For starters, you don't need a tablet, computer, phone, or any such tech or anything else that would be noticeable to an outsider (you can probably use one of those if you would prefer, it would just be a matter of it will be on any screen you'd like it to be rather than confined to a specific screen) and instead it's just in your FOV (Field of Vision for you new gamers) meaning it's just in your eyesight at all times and can be controlled mentally with a minimize, size adjustment, and a "sleep" mode for it.
Note: Sleep mode is for if you don't want to risk it reacting for if your mind starts wandering at times or if you just really want to focus on what/who you're doing at the moment.

The way the game works is simple: You do lewd, perverted, erotic, (insert other such words here) acts and you get points, the bigger the act the more points. Ideally you do it with other people somehow involved, but you can still get points through masturbating, sniffing panties and bras, watching porn, or doing such things in private. You won't be making a ton of points, but you'll still be earning regardless.
Example: Masturbate by yourself safely and you're likely to get 10-20 points, but masturbating with someone watching may get you 40+ points. Masturbating to someone sleeping can get you the same amount, and cumming on them would increase said points.
Example 2: Grabbing a woman's ass for a second would get you 15 points, but grabbing her ass for a good 10 seconds would get you 50 points, not even counting points for doing it in public or if you grope and massage her ass while doing it.
NOTE: Point totals/earnings are subjective as each person's game is different and unique to them meaning what one person earns for an action is NOT what another person necessarily gets for doing the same action.

Now, you may be wondering, "Okay, I'm doing all this shit, so what good are the points exactly? Do they even really matter?"

Well, to go against a known comedy show, in this game, the points most CERTAINLY matter.

Why?

Because in this game your points are your currency, and no I do NOT mean you won't have to use money ever again.

With the points you can visit the store in your HUD (Heads Up Display for you non-gamers) at any time and buy a WIDE variety of shit whether its perks, talents, items, clothes, toys, fetishes and quirks expansions, modifications, food, or even money. Yes, you can buy money with your points.

Each thing adds something to make your life/game more enjoyable/easier/personalized and as such each loadout and options available are unique to each person allowing for a truly customized experience.

Here's the general breakdown of each thing.

Perks: Unique aspects/bonuses that affect your game and how you play, these can be positive, negative, or a combination of both depending on the perk itself. You can also purchase a perk and put it on someone else if you want, maybe to make a person easier to get sexual with or maybe you just want to help a friend out with their own love life, or maybe it's both. You can also turn perks on and off as you please, though usually there's a cooldown before you can switch it again. Some perks can also be upgraded for a price improving what they do and sometimes reducing or even removing a negative from them.
Example: Motherfucker. This perk makes it easier for you to seduce mothers and get away with sexual actions concerning them, however the backlash is that their children will be harder to get with if you take this perk.
Example 2: Magic Touch. This perk makes you very good with your hands and as such any massage you start to give will make the recipient puddy in your hands following that, but it's not going to make you a better groper/fingerer, it's strictly massaging not foreplaying.

Talents: These are abilities/skills/greater bonuses that can come in handy in a variety situations. They are only good things and have no drawback other than some of the better ones have a cooldown on when you can use it. Like perks, there are upgrades, but ALL talents can be upgrades whether that's increasing effectiveness, prolonging an effect, or reducing the cooldown to when you can use it again.
Example: Tongue master. This one makes you a master of using your tongue, whether that's giving oral pleasure or in kissing, there is no one who knows how to use their tongue better than you.

Items: These aren't like every day items (though there is a shop tab for that) these are more the sex/porn/hentai oriented items. You want a hypno device to let you program and control people? They've got it. You want a choker that makes a person take on a catgirl, doggirl, or whatever girl form so they can be your pet? You can buy it. Want a maid bonnet that turns someone into your devoted and obedient maid? Got it! Any item you can think of, there's likely some kind of version of it available in the store though be careful to read the description as some items can only be used on one person even if they are removed.

Clothes: A wide range of outfits, lingerie, items, and more to wear and you can customize them all to your specifications regardless of size, color, material, style, or whatever. Just keep in mind that the more you customize, the more points it is going to cost.

Toys: What is having a pervy life if you don't get some toys? A wide range of every kind of toy you can imagine, yes even those that you wish existed, and they're all customizable just like the clothes. Same rule though, the more customization you do, the more it's gonna cost.

Fetishes and Quirks: Want to make sure a person you want to have fun with has a specific kink? Buy and assign it to them. You got a lesbian friend/roommate/family member and want to watch? Give the an exhibitionist or Pornstar fetish so they'll record it or let you record it or let you watch. Each fetish and quirk (quirk being that maybe the person gets aroused at certain smells) can be just in general or personalized, meaning you could make an exhibitionist only enjoy it if YOU specifically are watching. Play around and enjoy it, the price to move them (if there is one in your game) is minimal at worst.

Expansions: Expensive but so much fun. These will allow you to "expand" your world to add things. Maybe you want aliens to be around or elves or whatever. Well each expansion can do that, and only you would know if the world changed to accept these expansions. However, there are also expansions that can let you simply step into other worlds and you can bring things to and from. Each world typically is it's own expansion unless you buy a bundle that is available.
Example: Star Wars and Mass Effect would each be their own expansion to purchase, but maybe the "Sci-Fi" bundle is available and you can get both and maybe others for a discounted price than if you bought them individually. (It's based on each person's game if the store will give an increased discount if you've bought one expansion that is part of a bundle or not, meaning instead of paying say 5,000 points for a bundle, you may only have to pay 3750 because you have one or more items that are being offered in the bundle already).

Modifications: Everyone wants to alter something in the world, well these are your chance. Doesn't matter if it's physical, mental, or emotional, there's nothing that can't be modified. Is your girlfriend an AA but you'd like her to be a GG? No problem. Is your boss a bitch that screams at you and you'd rather she was a doting, loving, or even submissive bitch to you? Can do! Want your mother to treat you like the king of the house instead of being under her rules? Done! Any modification, for you or a target, is possible if you've got the points to pay for it, but keep in mind that bigger modifications are going to cost even more points.
WARNING: Modifications can only be removed for a price, be VERY careful about what modifications you want to put on someone before doing so.

Food: Now, while having food easily accessible to you at any time is nice, this food can be modified as well. Want an aphrodisiac? Want a super food that you only have to eat once a week to stay healthy and not worry about eating? Want a food that will de-age someone if they eat it? All that and more is available and ready to be given to you if you've got the points for it.

Money: While having a job is okay since it gives you more chances to find people to earn points with, there's always the chance that something could come up and you need money NOW! Well you can get any kind of currency you want by exchanging points for said currency and no one will question you having it, but they may question how you have so much. And yes, there's no fear of a government coming at you for counterfeiting, all currency bought will be legal useable currency.
NOTE: Currency exchange rates differ from game to game where someone may get a 1-1 ratio, others may not be so lucky.

Notice: All above items can be sold back to the shop, but you will NOT get what you paid to acquire it so choose wisely (and yes, the game knows what money you bough, so you can't just try to trade any other money back for points).
Notice 2: There is a crossover for certain things such as a perk may influence prices in the store or it may boost talents. Be sure to read descriptions since having a purchase help in multiple ways is always a bonus.

NOTE: The ONLY way to get points is through perverted/sexual actions. You can't buy points in any way and you can't earn them any other way. The points come through sexual, erotic, perverted, etc etc actions and no other way.
