Never Have I Ever

"OK," you say, "It's my turn. Never have I ever farted loudly in front of my crush."

That's probably true. You think you would remember that.

There is a bit of laughter from the other players. You feel a sudden tension in your head. Some of the players seem to fade from the world while others look too real, as though you see them from multiple viewpoints.

You focus on one of them, thinking how funny it would be for them to fart loudly in front of their crush.

The world snaps back to clarity.

BRRRRRIP.

Their face turns red and they reflexively look at another player.

"Oh, I guess now I have!"

Everyone laughs. Everyone except you.
