The Penis Size Registration Act

After Hilary Clinton was elected, the following midterms saw a sweep of women politicians taking office. A series of female forward legislation began to be passed, culminating in the “Penis Size Registration Act”, which required all men to report and have their penises measured and documented on their drivers licenses.
