The Cock Sucker Virus is a collection of stories based around the following concept:
A virus showed up on the planet 10 years ago, rewriting people's DNA. Most infected men and woman became a Sucker—sexy, uninhibited, submissive women reliant on semen as their only food source—whereas a smaller subset of the infected grew a massive penis (or had theirs enhanced), becoming Owners.
