The world is full of heroes and villains, some are born with powers while others are created in bizarre experiments and by unconventional accidents.
While people are concerned with dumb questions like "the morality of vigilantes" and the destruction created by superhero fights" our protagonist is preoccupied with more pressing matters... Like "Why aren't more heroines in bikinis?" "Why don't they have bigger tits?!" for example.

He always dreamed of being one of them, superpowered and full of himself like all of those muscular guys in tight uniforms, but that was pretty far away from his actual self. A short and scrawny loser who doesn't know anything other than jerking off and ogling every ass he sees. That poor thing wouldn't even make for a good evil scientist! He was a geek not a nerd...
