Introduction to the football team

Me:" Hello Guys!!! I am your new manager, Kana, please take good care of me. If you ever need water or anything, please let me know and I will do my best to help you!"

Unlike my introduction with my classmates previously, I was met with numerous of wolf whistle and people asking for my number. Me being quick witted, I manage to brush it off in a joking manner.

Soon the training has began, all of the players are good with the skills and has no problem communicating with each other. It seems that the team has true spirit and obey captain's order. Among all of them, the captain (Benjamin) caught my attention, he is not only good with football and he is also extremely good looking. I couldn't help but to look at him, it seems that he notices my gaze and he immediately wink at me.

When the training ended, most of the players were heading back to the locker room, Benjamin would stay behind to help me pack up the training equipment. We chatted for awhile and get to know each other pretty well, he is a very ambitious and one of his dream is to win the World Cup. According to him, he will sacrifice everything in order to win the world cup, in his mind team will always come first.

Maybe it was due to him opening up to me, I can't help but got more attracted to him. There was this moment while we were packing our hands come into contact and he just gaze into my eye. Then he lean in and gave me a peck on my cheek causing me to blush furiously.

He apologized to me immediately after that, saying that I am too cute and he just couldn't resist it. After that, we exchange our number and we would text each other on a daily basis.

2 Weeks has passed since the "peck on the cheek" incident, my feelings for him has only grew stronger. Finally, on the 14th of February, as usual we were the last 2 on the football packing the training equipment.

Benjamin: " You know the competition is around the corner but I can't get you out of my mind. It has gotten tougher for me to concentrate on the training . With that being said do you want to go out on a date with this weekend and be my girlfriend?"

At this point, I have long forgotten my promises to parents especially on the "I will not be in a relationship till I have completed my studies."

Me: "Of course, I will go out with you and be your girlfriend."

We hugged each other after that and he gave me a peck on my forehead before we part ways.
