Introducing the Poketoy, I mean Poketech!

Heading out of the school Dakota heals up her pokemon at the Pokecenter and then sets off to explore the nearby routes and get more team members, but she doesnt get far before a plump man steps out and greets her "good day miss, would I be right in guessing you are a pokemon trainer?" he asks smiling

"Uh... yeah I am, why?" Dakota asks looking confused

"Well I am a representative of the Poketech Company, we have recently made the most latest model of our Poketech device and decided to do a little event to promote it, if you can find the three clowns and get the balls from them by completing their tasks, then you can have the device for free" he says smiling

Dakota nods "sounds cool, I will go check it out" she says walking off.

It doesn't take her long to find the first clown, he is bouncing around handing out candy to kids, Dakota heads over to him "Hey, you one of the Clowns for the Poketech device?" she asks

"Yes yes I am" he says cheerfully as he looks her over "now to get my ball you have to do a task, if you can do it you get to keep the ball, if not then you get handicap for the rest of the event" he says smiling

"Ok, what is the task?" She asks

"I cant tell you till you agree to take part in the event" he says

"ok ok, I agree" she says waving her hand annoyed at this point
