Take makes her way back to the room where she last saw Yulia and finds Yulia is still there.

"I thought you might have left," Take states as she joins her by the fire.

"Just had to get out of there before the monster decided to switch targets. It would attack me if I'd stuck around after all," Yulia explains.

"I see. I have a couple of questions for you," Take states, "where are the rest of your companions?" she then asks.

"My companions? Most of them went their separate ways. As far as I know, Isalia and Goma travel between the Deep and Forest, Lemiel went back to the Tower Above, Sally and Maple returned to Iralia, Lri returned to Calumia. Only Cherchiel, Beck and Talwa stayed with me and they're waiting for me elsewhere. I couldn't bring them with me. Part of the restrictions," she explains.

Take doesn't understand this answer, but hopes it's good enough for the Voices, "I have been asked to question you on the details of someone named Malia Lustra, is she still around?" Take continues dutifully.

"She is. She has firmly established herself as the new Archdemon of Lust and she is still causing problems. I've had a few run ins with her since, not directly, she doesn't leave the Tower Below much, but with her machinations at least," Yulia answers.

"What help can you actually offer and what are the conditions?" Take continues.

"I can serve as an ally to help you fight the monster on this floor. I wasn't allowed to bring any of my companions or any weapons that wouldn't have been available to you on this floor, but I still have all my magic, so I can be a great help. I'm a powerful healer and have a number of support and attack magic at my disposal," she explains. "As for conditions, the only condition is you need to formally accept my help and I'm a little hamstrung as I've already said, but it still should be easy enough," she adds.

"Can I see your tech suit and rifle?" Take asks.

"As I said I couldn't bring a lot of my stronger equipment," Yulia responds with an apologetic shrug.

"So, what is your position in the Tower?" Take asks, feeling very out of her depth with these questions and the answers she's receiving, but hopeful they are useful still.

"I don't really have one. Stripped of the voices I'm no longer Chosen. I'm just a denizen like any other inhabitant. I can go and do whatever I want with no restrictions except those that cross over with you. There are it turns out a lot of rules on how inhabitants can interact with the Chosen, especially former Chosen and the functionaries," she explains and then seems excited, "Like Ash! When he was here he was following the same restrictions. This exact spot is part of the requirements and he was forbidden from hurting me without my direct permission. It's why he only offered food. The first was fine, but the second was poisoned. Accepting it would have counted as me giving him permission. The rules are so restrictive yet arbitrary," Yulia explains. "Anyone who wants to harm you on this or any other early floor basically has to trick you into letting them, but also anyone who wants to help you, needs to get you to agree to let them help," she clarifies.

Take looks thoughtful, "I don't think I have any more questions," she says hoping the Voices got enough information to make a decision.
