Inter Mission: Sisters

I got Weiss dressed and back to my dorm room then went with her to make sure the courier did indeed take the package she wrapped the bracelets in and then escorted her back to the future dance hall. She was still a bit flushed but had her public ice queen persona in place for the public as I explained to her that Joan from team JNPR was going to ask her to the dance soon as she was to accept and take the opportunity to gift her a bracelet I'd give her tomorrow as well as one for both Nora and Pyrrha.

I had no interest in collecting Lye Ren unless there was a quest for all of team JNPR with a really good reward and that was all of my next days bracelets anyways. I'd get another six between the day before and the day of the dance which should be more than enough for the shenanigans I had planned that day which would be a rather pivotal moment.

I would have liked to spend some more Weiss time in bed but her absence from her teams room would have been noted and problematic so I settled for another night with my original two minions yet again and let me tell you Talent Sharing: Tantric was worth every credit and then some.

The next morning I was up early eager with anticipation. I watched Ruby and Yang's timers tick down to zero with rapt attention and then

Ruby Rose Captured! +4 credits.

Subquest complete! Silver Eyed Warrior. +1 Corruption Defense.

Yang Xiao Long Captured! +3 credits.

Subquest complete! Like Mother Like Daughter. Tempest Jewel placed on Raven Branwen.

Well that was shockingly not much credits at all for those two captures, I guess tier 5's just aren't worth much when you don't get good rebates along with them but Ruby's quest reward was worth a whopping 50 credits so I shouldn't complain. And sure enough I now had a timer for Raven at 168 hours which was what I expected from the Spring Maiden. If the gambit with Weiss paid off I'd possibly have a third Maiden on a hook as well. Fingers crossed.

Speaking of timers 60 hours left on Blake, not that that mattered, she'd be going down with a Yang this afternoon. Only just in my retinue and I was already making puns, save me. only 15 hours left on Roma, her hand had to be cramped by this point. Or Neo's tongue was, because she was down a whole lot as well at only 30 hours left. The two were really motivated to get attuned to their bracelets, or Roma was using it as an excuse to not help out with moving the huge pile of crates of Dust. Knowing Roma, it was probably both.

By now both Yang and Ruby were likely making their way here needing to see me which left Blake and Weiss in their room and I knew the heiress would cover for them, not that she would probably need to considering how out of it Blake must be by this point. Today was the day in the actual show that Yang would confront her, at a point she could barely stand. She was either sleeping in, or more likely already in the library, either worked for me.

Sure enough a knock at my door came as expected and I sent Emerald and Mercy off to the cafeteria to pick us all some breakfast after letting Ruby and Yang into the room.

"Uh, Cinder, I really need to talk to you about something." Ruby confessed shyly.

"Yeah me too, like it's super important!" Yang exclaimed.

"Let me guess, this morning you woke up and realized that you loved me more than anyone before and would do anything for me."

"Uh, yeah." Yang was nonplused and Ruby just nodded looking shocked.

"And what would you say if I told you that now I own you?"

"What?! For like real? That's... actually kind of cool." Well Yang was on board

"So um, what are you going to do with us?" Ruby was blushing and couldn't look at me, So adorable! I couldn't wait to really make her blush.

"Look as much as we all like where this is going, and you do, I did this for a very good reason. Beacon is going to fall, or was going to fall. Look I'm trying to prevent a disaster and team RWBY is going to help me. Got it?"

Well that snapped Ruby out of her shygasm "You got it boss! Whatever it takes to save the Kingdom." Yang was all smiles and gave me a thumbs up.

"Perfect. Here's todays plan, go to classes like normal then after Ruby you go and wait for me with Weiss in your dorm. Yang you're planning on confronting Blake today in the library to stop pushing herself so hard and go to the dance right?"

"Whoa. Uh, yeah. How did you know?"

"Sometimes I just know stuff. Keep your plan, the whole luring her with a pen light thing is hilarious, but I'll be following and together we'll use a slightly different method to convince her. But don't worry, she'll totally be going to the dance with you." I gave Yang a big wink.

"But what about Sunny?" Ruby asked.

"She can take the blue haired girl to the dance for all I care, I have no time or want for team useless."

"Well that's pretty harsh." Objected Yang.

"Have you met them?"

"Fair."
