Inter Mission: Emerald

"Cinder are you okay in there?" I heard a woman say from outside. Guess my maniacal laughter was a tad too loud, at least I hadn't set anything on fire. I knew that voice though, as did my new memories, and I wasn't shocked to find she was near by.

I opened the door and there in the hallway was Emerald Sustrai looking nervous, probably expecting to have her head bitten off for interrupting whatever I was doing in the bathroom. I smiled instead which actually appeared to make her even more nervous. Oh well. She was looking good managing to pull of the light green hair, red eyes, and brown skin surprisingly well. She was already wearing her Haven Academy disguise, which I was not. Ah that must have been why I was in the bathroom, a quick look showed it on a hook inside.

"Emerald stop looking spooked and get in here, I need your help." Her eyes lit up at that. Oh this was going to be too easy.

"Of course Cinder." She stumbled out and couldn't join me in the bathroom fast enough once I'd cleared the door. "What do you need?"

I turned to the wide eyed young woman and looked deep into her eyes as I slowly backed her up against the sink putting a hand to either side on the counter. "I need you to tell me you love me. And I need you to really mean it." I said slowly as her cheeks flamed in a blush.

"What.. What do you mean?" she stammered looking even more nervous.

"Tell. Me. You. Love. Me." My eyes were glowing now I could see in the mirror past her, oops. I tried to back off on the intensity a bit "And mean it."

She opened and closed her mouth a few times unable to speak until in a rush "I love you Cinder, I do, I really do." Then her eyes opened in shock as the realization that I owned her flooded in and I think she came a little.

I kissed her on the forehead "Very good." I was almost certain that would work. Emerald was obviously obsessive in her adoration of Cinder and as I was her now that should and did carry over to me. If it hadn't I'd just have put one of these bracelets on her. Speaking of which I needed to check in with my Company device having jumped the gun a bit.

Main Quest: Prevent the fall of Beacon academy. Reward One free ticket home with all your ill gotten loot.

Thanks for the snark Rose. Hmm looks like I had also not only opened a hidden quest but had already cleared two of its sub quests.

Hidden Quest: Capture Cinders Gang. Reward capture a Grimm of your choice.

Sub Quest: Capture Cinder Fall-Completed. Reward Four Seasons: Fall Maiden for Cinder Fall. Note: I knew you'd play the system, thanks for winning a bet for me.

Sub Quest: Capture Emerald Sustrai-Completed. Reward +1 Mind Defense Level.

Sub Quest: Capture Mercy Black. Reward Her Flight Semblance is restored.

Holy shit! Looks like Rose at least saw my play coming and set up a nice reward for me with it. I'm really glad she was on my side. I wasn't really shocked at this quests existence considering the main objective but it was still nice to see. And with Emerald captured I got a whopping twenty three credits, most of which had to be from rebates, and another reward. Since I'd already had Mind Defense 1 that put me at 2 now and I was not going to say no to being immune to mind control. That should hopefully keep Salem out of my head at least. Mercy was obviously the Rule 64 version of Mercury who should also be on this airship. Probably sitting in the lounge sniffing a boot or something. Ugh. Getting her Semblance back would be nice, and I guess that settled the debate on what it was. Anyway I should get one of these bracelets on her.

"Emerald, do you know where Mercy is?"

"Yes Cinder, she's back in the lounge." Called it.

"Good." I unclasped one of the bracelets, they both looked like braided silver bands with a fire opal centered, and handed it to her "Take this and put it on her without her noticing then hurry back so you can help me get changed. If you're quick enough I'll even let you eat me out first." That should be an experience.

"Yes Cinder, right away Cinder." She disappeared out the door in a flash. Well someone was eager. Hopefully Mercy wouldn't take the whole 168 hours to convert, I had a room to myself on the airship but the bed was easily big enough for three women. Either way I'd have another two bracelets before the airship landed at Beacon and a whole bunch of new targets.
