Initiate the plan straight away.

There's no reason to wait, and this has already been a long trip with an initial purpose of simply retrieving a magical artifact, so it's time to make a move before Irirangi starts to catch on. If the king can be persuaded to your side, then the battle is already won. It's going to be tricky with a lot of room for failure, but at the very least, you feel comfortable in the might of your party if anyone tries to stop you, whether that be Irirangi herself, or the royal guards. There are also those on the inside. Vaddund and Zag are only two, but they suggested there are at least a couple others. They'll hopefully be able to back you up. In the end, it seems you've become the supposed corruption spread by the Demon King, though more in an ironic twist. You must disassemble everything before it can be rebuilt anew.

"I'll seek out King Adam," says the guard Zag. "Where should we lure him?"

Vaddund ponders. "The rest will wait in the Chamber of Scrolls. If we're fortunate, the queen will be busy with her own machinations, and after that, preparations for dinner. We should have plenty of time before they'd meet. And in that room, there are plenty of places to hide. Go now, Zag, but wait at least fifteen minutes no matter what. We must avoid suspicions, and I must turn this fine young woman into something that shines even brighter."

"Yes, sir." Zag salutes. He then slides his helmet back on and quickly departs.

"Now you three. Head straight down this hall, turn right once, and enter the second door on your left. You'll find the Chamber of Scrolls, a small royal library. Find a place to hide and creature your illusion again. We'll meet up with you after the king has already arrived and spoken to you."

Candy puts her hands on her hips and shakes them left and right. "Wweellll I don't usually like taking orders like that, but this whole thing does sound fun, and it was mostly my idea. So I'll do it, gramps. Come on. Let's head to the library and cause a bit of chaos."

"Are you ready. Kyle?" Snow asks. In her arms, she grasps her beautiful new bow. While she hasn't said much on it and she usually hides her feelings well, you can tell, especially with your Kitty Sense, that she's absolutely on cloud nine about her brand new toy.

"I am," you reply. "So keep close, and be my bow, as always."

"Of course!"

Peeking out through the door, you see nobody is around. The guard from before is long one, and when you turn to face Vaddund, he shoos you away, eager to dress Kailani up while you're gone. You head out to the hall, and along with Snow and Candy, you follow the old man's directions towards the Chamber of Scrolls.
