Informations and Introductions

Andreas, shocked at what he saw, took a step back, and cursed at the pain in his knee. Her tail was over twenty feet long, and was covered in silver and black scales. Of course, he heard about these 'monster girls' coming from another world, but never in his dreams he thought of meeting one, let alone having one at his door step.

"H-hey! My name is Sally."

She said. Her voice had a certain rhythm to it, like a melody.

"Hello. What are you doing here?"

He asked.

"What do you mean?" She bobbed her head to the side.

"Why are you here? You mentioned Lisa's name, but I don't know you. Actually..."

He pulled out a phone from his pocket. The snake girl recognize the weird device and was patiently waiting for him to dial the number.

"Hey, Andreas."

He heard a very sleep deprived voice on the other side. Andreas remembered that the time difference between his place and Spain was like 8 hours.

"Lisa, what did you do?"

He went straight to the point.

"Hi, Lisa, sorry for waking you up at night, how are you, how is Spain. That's how you should've started this conversation."

She responded with a slightly annoyed voice.

Andreas said nothing to that.

"I assume my surprise is already there?"

"If by surprise you mean half human half snake woman standing at my door step, then yes."

He gritted his teeth.

"Yeah, her."

"You know, normal people give each other gifts. Like a fine bottle of wine would do."

He could only hear laughter on the other side.

"Well, I figured you need someone to talk to and she needs a house big enough for her uncommon physique. I'm sure you'll hit it off together in no time."

"But..."

"No buts! You need it, Andreas. You need someone, anyone to talk to. I'm going back to sleep now, and when I'll wake up, I don't want to hear anything about you sending her back."

With that, she just disconnected the call.

Andreas put away the phone and looked at Sally. She just smiled sadly.

"It looks like I've been a victim of some bad joke. I understand if you'd like to stay alone in here, I can always go back to..."

"Come in." He said, dryly, and moved to the side to give her space.

She was initially surprised by his statement, but then quickly proceeded to slide inside, before he could change his mind.

"Thank you."

Sally whispered when she was passing him.

Andreas sighed, and locked the doors behind her.

"Where should I..."

She began.

"Forward, to the living room. It should fit your... Size."

And it did. The living room was huge, but then again entire house was quite big.

"Do you mind if I sit?"

"Go ahead."

She did a half circle around the back of the couch, basically enveloping it with her tail before finally taking her place to sit down.

Andreas took his place on the armchair next to her, and just observed for a few moments of awkward silence.

She looked more nervous with every second, until she spoke up.

"Nice place."

"I know." He responded and cleared his throat before continuing. "What are you?"

She cocked an eyebrow at another forward question.

"I'm a Lamia. As you can probably guess and see, we are partially humanoid and partially snakes."

"Do you require any particular food? And what do you drink? Any living conditions I should be aware about?"

She sent him a warm smile, having a feeling that this conversation might be going in a decent direction after all.

"I have trouble tolerating your fruits, but vegetables and cooked meat are just fine. I can drink anything, just like humans do, but I also have a bit lower resistance to **** than you, so don't make me drunk, haha."

She smiled, and expected any kind of reaction to her words, giggle, laughter, even a tiny lip movement. Andreas remained unamused.

"As for living conditions, your climate is a bit colder than what I'm used to, so I'll have to get regular hot baths for like an hour, every day. Sometimes more often. I hope that's not a problem?"

He shrugged.

"No, it's not. The bathroom should be big enough."

With that, he stood up, and started to walk away. She was visibly confused at this reaction.

"Hey, aren't you going to tell me your house rules? And where should I sleep?"

He stopped, and turned back to her.

"Try not to break anything, and don't let in anyone inside. You can sleep on the couch, or wherever you want."

He left her there, confused, but ultimately accepting of the fact that she just found a home in this strange, new world.
