Reduce risk. Besides Willing Rapetoy was just for me. This was for the city. It had all clicked when I spoke to Kianna and justified myself. It wasn’t just rehabbing some supervillains. This city needed to be fixed and I would do it.

I checked for Diamond’s fantasy, she was a bully who got the tables turned on her by a teacher and who got fucked right in front of all her victims. It was hot, but I was seeing her on Sunday to take her anal virginity, so I called it good.

Then I went through my girls. No progress on Alyce. Penelope I had a challenge waiting on, which made me paranoid. I could back out, but I was guessing that the app was going to either punish me, or not let me re-enter if I went in and cancelled out.

Achievement Unlocked: Not A Total Dumbass: What a smart boy. Yep, it’s optional, but if you don’t accept by the time you gain 10 SP with this target, you will lose the opportunity to accept the challenges. No trying to get her to -1 then accepting a challenge. Reward: Knowledge, +1 credit.

That was another resource I’d neglected. The app rewarded thinking about its operations and figuring things out. I’d sit down and do that, but first, finish going through my resources. Frannie was coming along nicely. Harley, no progress. I wasn’t going down into those cells, so I’d need to wait for her to be given library privileges again. It wouldn’t be too long, but we’d see.

Peyton and Firefly I was making progress with, but they weren’t major players. Firefly was dangerous with her equipment, but…well, what was my goal for her? Enforcer? She wasn’t a good bodyguard, she set everything on fire. But she could fly with her gear and her suit was bulletproof…honestly, take away the penchant for fire, and she sounded more like a superhero.

Oh, duh. Rehabilitation. That was the perfect job for her, especially given her new praise kink. And she could be my source/link to the vigilante community.

Peyton was a harder problem. She was a crime-lord and child of crime-lords, but also…broken. She had resources on the outside that hadn’t been found, probably and had proven she could take command of her criminal organization…and maybe others, but so what? What use was that to me?

The only thing I could think of at the moment was mafia don. There was always going to be crime, but if it was limited and organized, that might be better, right? Things had reportedly been better before everything turned into supervillains...I’d have to deal with the other crime lords, but I’d have to do that no matter what.

Poison Ivy, I had no access and didn’t want it while she was locked up. But Harley could be my way in, they were close friends, and maybe more if that wasn’t just a rumor. Poison Ivy was the only real powerhouse of the group and if rehabilitated, would be invaluable as **** projection and an economic tool, her ability to control plants would allow farmland to shrink, but be more productive, which should serve Gotham and her own environmental concerns.

Absence was dangerous, but had no superpowers or supervillain connections. She was a very rich ex-socialite though. She could be an in to Gotham’s true elite, if I could rehabilitate her. And fix the fucking hole in her head…maybe Penelope would know something about that?

Clayface was by far the most immediately useful and the one who could escape the easiest, but Batman would go after her immediately. Which wouldn’t be good at all. But she’d been inside the longest and without any real escape/****, so actual release was possible if she showed progress and told a story that could be believed…maybe she was trans? That might get some support? Once Clayface was out, they’ve be my spy and connection to the old cultural elite.

Kianna would be my tie to the religious community. Asa my tie to the new cultural elite. Diamond my tie to the corporate elite. Kat was just a source of info for dealing with Penguin…but she wanted to be more. Spymaster might be possible?

Jewelz would be my source on the legit side of the cops. Skin might be my tech. I definitely needed one.

Bridgette was going to be my bitch.

Thinking about that--sometimes the app showed me people by their secret identities, sometimes by their real names and it didn’t seem connected to what I knew. It had identified Peyton as the Ventriloquist when I hadn’t known that…

Nom De Fuck, Perk: Any secret identity by any target is included in their display name, even if not known by you. Note, this extends only to actual secret identities. So, Bridget Pike’s secret identity is ‘Lady Firefly’ but some random mole in the PD doesn’t have the secret identity ‘Mole for Penguin.’: 1 credit.

Deepest Secret, Perk: A target’s deepest secret is revealed in their profile. This won’t necessarily be actionable. Cost: 5 credits. This upgrade can be purchased repeatedly.

That brought me up to 4 credits. I instantly bought Nom De Fuck, out of paranoia, really and the Harem upgrade, so I could add more people. Thank goodness, the next harem upgrade 20-24 still cost 3 credits.

With that done, I finally got some sleep.
