Infiltrate the camp at night

You wait until night and the goblins patrol the camp with torches, moving like a shadow between the tents. Most of the goblins are drinking and eating around the fire.

Then you see the first cages.
They are full of women bound like beasts of burden. Some of them have their wrists lashed to wooden frames, their backs arched under crude leather harnesses. Some have bridles strapped to their faces. The cruel and disgusting detail is that all the girls wear a buttplug tail inside their asses and their nipples pierced... an unnecessary but degrading and humiliating decoration.
Their eyes are hollow. Resigned. Some of them are acting like beasts, maybe they used some kind of ****... this is horrible!

In the other cages you look at pregnant girls, cuffed and tired, also some girls with strange rubber plugs covering their asses,
One of the goblins cracks a whip, laughing as a caged girl flinches.

"Time to clean the tents or no shitting tomorrow!"

Your stomach turns. What?? They don't let them go to the toilet??
You shake and continue to explore trying to forget the images of these poor girls.

You can:
Try to save the girls, maybe you can gather some allies and save them from this terrible destiny
Try to kill them one by one silently, you can save the girls and the goblins' treasure, but it will be risky
Continue your quest and check the goblin tents for anything useful
