Logan Matthews: in his youth the human formerly known as Logan Matthews experienced an event traumatic enough that his personality split into two separate individuals with all his emotions split between the two. They began as unbalanced halves of a single whole, but over their live both personalities have rounded out to form two full separate personalities that share a body.

DL, or Des: the being that started as all of Logan's negative emotions and impulsiveness. Has since mellowed out a bit and grown a bit more positive. As the dominant personality in their true form he has full access to both demonic and angelic gifts.
